Chicken Pasta Salad

  • Marinate chicken breast in Ken’s Zesty Italian Dressing, then cook on stove top
  • Cook pasta according to box
  • Cube some cheese

Mix pasta and chicken together with a little more Italian dressing.  Put in fridge to cool.  When cooled, add cubed cheese and cool a little longer.  Serve cold.

I’m going to try adding some steamed broccoli next time.  Maybe just the itty bitty “leaves” so it will blend in with the Italian dressing.
